Mr. Fife represents businesses and individuals in complex litigation concerning a wide range of business- and real property-related matters. Mr. Fife has represented clients in all aspects of lawsuits: from the initial decisions related to costs, risks, and benefits, through trial and appeal on both the state and federal levels. He has also successfully resolved disputes through both arbitration and mediation. The goal of his practice is to assist clients to resolve matters in a way that makes them whole while addressing the costs and risks inherent to litigation.

Mr. Fife’s practice caters to small and large business, banks, credit unions, developers, contractors, and individuals seeking to navigate the legal system. Mr. Fife has successfully assisted clients in various actions, including collection actions, breach of contract cases, estate disputes, creditor bankruptcy actions challenging dischargeability, foreclosures, mechanic’s lien foreclosures, HOA issues, employment and non competition cases, evictions, and real property disputes.

Mr. Fife worked as in-house counsel for a local developer developing residential and resort projects. Both in his practice and as in-house counsel, Mr. Fife has experience in assisting developers through complex issues related to the subdivision and entitlement of planned unit developments (PUD) and condominium projects. He has prepared organizational documents and CCRs for homeowners associations. He has also represented HOAs in the collection of outstanding obligations.

Mr. Fife attended the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, where he graduated with honors. During law school, Mr. Fife served as a Lead Note and Comment Editor on the BYU Law review. Prior to law school, Mr. Fife graduated summa cum laude from the University of Utah with a B.A. in Political Science and a B.S. in Economics.

Mr. Fife resides in Utah County with his wife and their four boys.
